Action Sales and Service – Outdoor Power Equipment

Action Sales and Service is looking to add a motivated and dependable Counter Salesperson to our growing team. We take pride in offering top-quality outdoor power equipment, trusted brands, and excellent customer service. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and being part of a hands-on team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with retail counter sales for parts and equipment
• Act as a service consultant, including writing and processing service work orders
• Stock shelves as parts and equipment move through the store
• May require climbing stairs and lifting moderately heavy boxes at times
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom
• Work as a team player, supporting other staff with daily tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, customer-focused attitude
• Strong communication and basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Experience in retail, service writing, or outdoor power equipment is a plus, but not required
